| Anders Jensen Kjærulf, son
of above mentioned Jens Andersen Kjærulf, owned, by mid
16th century, at least a part of Kornumgaard where he also resided
. According to Dyrskjøt he lived in 1534 in the Børglum
episcopal residence, Kjølskegaard in the parish of Hallund
and around 1540 bailiff in Jerslev district . As he is not mentioned
as a freeholder in the ministers report of 1568, it is to be assumed
that he was dead by then. His successor as bailiff, Peder Jensen
in Kjølskegaard is mentioned in 1554 . The name of his
wife is not known, nor is the number of children, but it seems
like he had at least one son, and three daughters: 1. N.N. Andersdatter Kjærulf,
                married to Anders Thomsen in Kongensgaard in V. Brønderslev;
he is mentioned in 1568 (Ministers report) as owner of a freehold
farm supposedly aquired as a dowry. 2. N.N. Andersdatter Kjærulf,
is mentioned in 1568 (Ministers report) as Jens Kierulff's sister
and owner of her own farm. She was supposedly married to Peder
Mørk in Musted (Jerslev parish), who prior to 1680 sold
a share of an inheritance (søsterlod ) in Kornumgaard to
admiral Peder Munk . Peder Mørk was son of Hans Mørk,
bailiff in Saltumgaard (Hvetbo district) and half-brother to Vogn
Hansen Mørk in Saltum who later became bailiff. | Kjærulf' Coat of arms |
